  • Our wedding dresses are either new,  or ex-sample gowns (tried on in another, more expensive store) or preloved. All dresses are sold as seen.

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility for ensuring that a gown does or can fit. If purchasing a dress that does not fit you do so at your own risk.

  • Some of our ‘off-the-peg’ gowns may have slight defects or marks. These imperfections are reflected in our prices and again it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure you are entirely happy with your dress at the time of purchase.

  • We do not offer refunds on gowns as they are sold as seen at outlet prices. Payment for any dress or item must be made in full at time of sale (unless previously agreed at our discretion).

  • All accessories, including veils, jackets, tiaras etc, are also sold as seen and subject to the same conditions as dresses (as above).

  • We recommend experienced bridal seamstresses or you are welcome to find your own. Alteration costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for any damages etc. that may occur. This service is between the customer and the seamstress.

  • We do not offer a cleaning service or make recommendations as to where you should have your dress cleaned.
